Rachel was born into a family of animal lovers, and raised alongside many beloved dogs, cats, rats, hamsters, and fish. She planned from a very young age to pursue a career working with and caring for animals. She graduated from Canisius College in 2013 with her bachelor's degree in Animal Behavior, Ecology, and Conservation, and has been with City Creatures since March 2015. She is currently pet mom to her dog, Vonnie, 4 cats, a bearded dragon, and a leopard gecko.
