Falon became a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2010 and graduated from Medaille College with a Bachelors degree in Veterinary Science. She has been working at City Creatures since 2011. She was promoted to Assistant Office Manager in 2015, however continues to work some shifts as a technician. Before moving to Buffalo, Falon grew up in the country always caring for all kinds of animals which led to her passion of becoming a Veterinary Technician. At home she has two beautiful twin daughters, an amazing husband, two cats, and two dogs.
